UCLA Men's Volleyball
About Sean:
Hometown: Redondo Beach, CA, Mira Costa HS
Tyler exemplifies the quote "do it with passion or not at all". Tyler was born and raised in Los Angeles, and at the age of 2, he was diagnosed with a life-threatening blood disease and was hospitalized for four years. Surviving this trial shaped Tyler's perspective of life from an incredibly young age as he was taught to simply be grateful for life.
Tyler's passion for life extends far beyond his impressive athletic resume. He studied classical piano from the age of 2 until 18, competing in the annual Certificate of Merit program on multiple occasions and receiving state and national recognition for his work. This musical journey has brought him to a signed record deal with DFRNT Records, an independent label out of Los Angeles, just this past summer.
You may already recognize Tyler from his acting career; Tyler spent three years on the cast of Disney Channel's "Walk The Prank" and has credits on "South Park", "Monsters University", "Wreck it Ralph", and the iCarly spinoff, "Sam and Cat".
As a mentor at Athlete To Athlete, Tyler hopes to continue the work he has already been doing as a coach for young athletes in fitness and nutrition and hopes to inspire younger athletes to be the best version of themselves. He is excited to work with driven, young athletes who are ready to tap into their potential.
