Our Mission
Athlete To Athlete was built to propel the next generation of student-athletes through peer to peer coaching & mentorship. We pair students with current college athletes who teach them how to train like a college athlete, guide them through the recruiting process, and inspire them to pursue their goals in athletics and beyond.

As Athletes, we are competitors, we are dreamers, and we make sacrifices in the name of the game. This builds us into mentors and leaders who strive for greatness for the rest of our lives.
"It Goes Beyond The Game"
How It Works

Define Your Goals
Tell us about your student's goals and areas of interest to be paired with a Mentor at the school and in the sport of your choice.

Get Paired
Meet your student's Mentor with them. This is your chance to ask questions to ensure the mentor will be the best fit for your student.

Build A Plan
We will work with your student's Mentor to form a plan and provide your student with the best advice and guidance based on their unique goals.

Get To Work!
Your student will consistently meet with their Mentor and you will receive weekly progress reports.
How It Works

It starts with a goal: Our Division 1 Athlete Mentors will help your student-athlete create S.M.A.R.T. goals based on their unique athletic and academic objectives.

Final Goal: To play Ivy League Basketball
Example S.M.A.R.T. Goals:
Student Info
Year: Freshman
Sport: Basketball
Short Term Athletic Goal: Improve free throw percentage out of 50 shots from 56% to 65% in 6 weeks.
Short Term Academic Goal: Score above 90% on 5 of 6 Math quizzes this semester
Long Term Academic Goal: Achieve a 3.75 GPA or above by the end of the school year
Long Term Athletic Goal: Make the Varsity roster by the start of Sophomore season

Build a plan: Our Mentors will work with your student-athlete to build a plan to achieve their goals that suits their unique capabilities.

A definitive plan like this teaches a younger athlete how to consistently pursue multiple objectives at a time. This is a skill that will put them ahead of others competing for admission spots.

Get To Work! Your student-athlete will get to work on their plan to accomplish their goals with a Division 1 Athlete by their side.
With notes like these every session, you can easily stay up to date with what your student-athlete has been working on with their Division 1 Athlete Mentor.

Your student athlete can meet with their mentor in-person to tackle these goals, for coaching of technique and drills, and more! Check out our In-Person option here.
Our Mission

There is a dramatic skill and knowledge gap between youth and college athletics. This is because Division 1 Programs have access to the most up to date information on every aspect of training, in-game strategy, and performance, while high school & middle school programs do not.

These methods, which are constantly being researched and improved, usually take decades to reach youth athletes, leading the majority of them to train with outdated or disproven information.

Our Mission is to bring the most up to date training methods to any student athlete looking to improve. Athlete To Athlete gives Division 1 athletes a platform to coach student athletes across the country through the training methods they are currently using in their own top Division 1 programs.
