About Kelly:
Hometown: Clayton, CA, Carondelet High School
Kelly is a junior on the Stanford Track & Field team where she competes in pole vault. She holds a personal record of 13'4 (4.06m) and landed a top 8 finish in the Pac-12 for the outdoor season of 2022. Kelly started her pole vaulting career in middle school when she saw her older sister take up the sport. She then started competing for her local club and has been competing ever since.
She became a Junior Olympics National Champ in the 13-14 age group, and was also a three time California State Meet qualifier, finishing fourth in 2019. She was the number 1 ranked sophomore in the nation in 2018 and the number 2 ranked Junior in the nation in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, creating thorough playlists on Spotify, and relaxing with video games.

As a mentor at Athlete To Athlete, she knows how technical and mentally challenging Pole Vault can be. She hopes to support younger athletes looking to grow through the sport, and wants to inspire them to strive for what they didn't believe to be possible.
